Thats right, Eurovision is once again here; will this year be the year that England wins? Nah, probably not.
Odds are against us, of course, we havent won since 1967 with "Puppet on a String", so a good 42 years say no. Of course, some people argue that the politics of the international competition have completly changed in recent years with 'Block Voting', a sort of 'I vote for you, you vote for me' situation, particularly in Eastern Europe (Don't look at Poland; they came joint last with England and Germany last year).
But a change this year for Euro' fans; Terry Wogan packed his bags last year as official commentator for Britain, saying that he would leave unless 'England take this competion seriously' live. This left a hunt for a new commentator. Graham Norton is the newbie, leaving people saying 'Oh God' or 'Oh Good'.
Second Semi-Final on BBC 3 tonight at 8, Final on Saturday on BBC 1 and BBC HD at 8. LK Blog will be there to give you the latest news. Well, sort of.
